Plugin Test
Before starting to work with a new or returning client I require an evaluation of their current online presence, to determine whether Google recognizes them or not. I determine this by looking at 4 different categories of online content and how much of it they have.

Online Evaluation
After that I look at how well you are setup in my three part process.
1) Social Media Presence: Are you plugged in? Google Graph showing in searches? Social media site count?
2) Website Functionality: HubSpot Score? Sinium Score? Google Page speed, Safe Browsing and Mobile friendly score?
3) Marketing Fuel Score: Do you blog? (Code to Txt Ratio). Any internal and external link building? (Moz Ranking)

Free Online Tools
We use a combination of free online SEO tools to determine your status. Below are some free online tools we use that are available to all.

We do a basic online search of your business name to see if your Google Knowledge Graph card, on the right, is visible and developed.
Google Developers can measure your page loading speed and give you insight on user experience.
Google Safe Browser will show if your site has been compromised. You can also report errors. Google Mobile Friendly tool will help determine if your website is mobile and responsive. |
HubspotWebsite Grader is a free online tool created by Hubspot and is an accurate tool to determine whether your website works or not.
Sinium SEOSinium has a free SEO Report Card with a huge list of tools to give you a broad overview of your company online. We mostly use the code to text ratio tool and moz rank tool for Test Lead Customer Evaluations.
