A huge part of what I do is teaching business owners how to help themselves. I am passionate about small business owners, empowering them, and teaching them how to DIY. You are the professional and no one knows your industry as well as you do. Learning how to market your business to an online audience is how you learn to drive traffic to your website for SEO. Social Media Management is the Customer Service of Tomorrow. Anyone can post to Social Media, the question is whether your content is related or even remotely of interest to me. That would determine whether I click or not... Clicks are SEO $currency$ so to understand this stuff is important! During my sessions we look at the process for SEO, and how to market your business on different social media platforms. Topics are in small digestible sizes and depends on the need of the group.
